8-week series is a gentle yoga class designed specifically for healthy aging. Great if are new to yoga or coming back to your practice. In a small class environment, learn how to align postures and breathing exercises with respect for the needs of seniors.

OVER THE COURSE OF 8 WEEKS, YOU WILL:

  • Learn how the many benefits of yoga can help address common age-related issues including strength and flexibility, balance, range of motion, bone health-related reverse or prevent osteoporosis, stress, memory and brain health and overall well being.
  • Practice on mats, with yoga postures, breathwork (pranayama) and meditation to help breathe and enjoy life’s moments.
  • Use of props and modifications are encouraged as needed. Chairs are available if getting up and down off of the floor is challenging.
