In addition to offering daily yoga classes to our community, Thrive also provides services to enhance and support your yoga lifestyle.

• Private Instruction: Tailored one-on-one or semi-private sessions that focus on your specific needs - from deepening your existing practice or learning new asanas, healing an injury, exploring mediation or developing new eating patterns. Learn more or look at our brochure.
  
  
• Boutique: A great place to shop for gifts for your yoga friends or for yourself, we carry unique products to inspire and support the practice we love. Gifts certificates available.
  
  
• Thrive Yoga Parties: Thrive Yoga can host your next special birthday (kids & adults), Bridal/Baby Shower or Special Event. Thrive Yoga is 4,000 square feet of nature-inspired fun with waterfalls, castlerock walls, a giant banyan tree canopy, river rock floors, making for a unique and wondrous party atmosphere.
  
  
• Thrive Yoga at Work or Offsite Location Bring quality yoga instruction to your office or offsite location to de-stress and increase productivity. Thrive Yoga will customize a yoga class/session to meet your individual needs. Yoga instruction at your location includes detailed instruction in yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. We work with all kinds of organizations, including schools, clubs, corporate offices and government agencies. Yoga is a great way to energize and a fresh approach to the boardroom meeting!
