Ana Forest and Christine Peterson
What is Forrest Yoga?
Ana Forrest spent 30 years developing Forrest Yoga® specifically to address modern stresses and challenges. Forrest Yoga will bring aliveness into every cell of your body, igniting your passion for living. The Forrest Yoga method gets you connecting to your core — getting strong and centered. It uses heat, deep breathing and vigorous sequences to sweat out toxins while the long holds in the pose progressions help you flush, oxygenate and rejuvenate every cell. This makes it possible for integrity, self-awareness and playful curiosity to become part of your daily life. Forrest Yoga will teach you to go deeper, find your truth and encourage you to take these gifts you have earned beyond the mat and into the rest of your life.
Tantra: The Science of Bliss
with Alan Finger
Saturday, November 22, 1:00-4:00 pm
$55 Enroll
The word Tantra comes from the Sanskrit words for expansion (tanoti) and liberation (trayati). The sense of duality we carry with us in our daily lives — that we are separate from the divine, from our higher selves, from each other — is an illusion. Coming back to our true state of union with the divine forces of the universe and our own consciousness is the true bliss of yoga. Tantric practice is the science of returning to this bliss (anandam) through simple, systematic techniques including asana, pranayama, Kriya and Laya Yoga and active Tantric meditation.
Freedom, unconditional love and inspired living are available to us all, at every moment. Come explore these techniques with one of the true Tantric masters of the West, ISHTA Yogiraj Alan Finger, and be initiated into the liberation of your consciousness! Suitable for all levels.

Friday and Saturday, June 13-14
A Candle-lit Evening of Kirtan
Friday Evening - June 13, 7:00 - 9:00 pm, $35
Spiritual traditions have long used song, music, and sound vibration as a method of prayer to enter the realm of the divine. In the traditional path of yoga, this practice is called KIRTAN - or devotional chanting. Govindas & Radha will guide you on a musical meditation and yogic ritual deep into the essence of Bhakti---the yoga of the Heart, the yoga of Love and Devotion. Govindas & Radha have uniquely melded ancient Indian mantras with western melodies, using traditional Indian instruments. Their music is de scribed as a trance inducing mandala where the eyes close, voices and hearts open, and meditation, art, and prayer merge together as One.
Bhakti Vinyasa Ritual
Saturday Morning - June 14, 10:45 am - 12:45 pm, $40

Govindas & Radha will guide a yogic adventure using sankalpa (intention), simple vinyasa sequences and kirtan (yogic chanting during asanas). This ritual is designed to help each of us cultivate our own unique and personal relationship with the divine.
