3 Master Classes | 90 Minutes

Each Master Class has a fitness focus using yoga asana sequences, drills, breathing exercises, and a mental component of concentration and stamina.  The secret sauce is efficiency sequencing designed to improve your range of motion, strength, and flexibility in a warm room (78 degrees). Expect mastery of body awareness and inspiration for greater vitality.

  • Saturday, May 14: Fitness Range of Motion, Shoulders, Hips, Hammies & Breathing Intervals
  • Saturday, May 21: Fitness Balance, Strength & Head Space
