Susan Mondi Bowen founded Thrive Yoga more than and has lived a healthy lifestyle for more than 30 years. Susan creates programs and training curriculum that integrates yoga with complementary techniques from science, philosophy, and spirituality. Susan’s experience in teaching integrated methods for human change and transformation spans more than 16 years and 10,000 hours.
Jane Stelboum graduated from Thrive Yoga’s first 40-day Challenge. She noticed such a big difference in her own life that she went on to become a yoga teacher so she could share with others. Through this program, Jane will help you develop a practice that’s right for your goals, your body, and your life. She’ll mentor you through obstacles and fatigue and help you experience what the completion of this program can mean to you!
