This is a Yoga workshop tailored to assist in recovery after child-birth.
We will explore:
– Breathwork and meditation to balance emotions
– Core exercises to repair diastasis recti and regain a strong core
– How to strengthen the pelvic floor after birth
– How to ease back into a Flow class after birth with modifications
– Explore poses that alleviate muscle tightness after sitting to feed baby
– Bond with other mothers
For moms 6 weeks – 1 year post-partum
– Please be sure to get the OK from your healthcare provider to begin physical exercise
All you need is your Yoga mat!
