Join Susan for a 90-minute instructional yoga clinic for beginners or seasoned students to gain greater awareness, mobility, and strength in the shoulders.


In this clinic, explore physical postures, breathing practices, and other yoga techniques to:
• Relieve tension and discomfort in your shoulders and neck
• Gain strength and flexibility in surrounding muscles that support the shoulders
• Experience ease in breathing and lightness in your posture
• Learn to tailor yoga classes for your condition and comfort
• Heal and revitalize your body
• Improve sleep and concentration
