Are you practicing in classes and listening to all instructions but have slight physical effect from practice that just doesn’t feel right?

Over the last two years, we have changed in many ways. It is apparent in classes that students need more one-on-one guidance to get over the hump, expand and explore asana in deeper ways that feels good for the mind and body.
Join Susan for a small group Asana Lab designed around your specific questions and goals and immediately change your group class practice.
In this 4-part series you will:
- Understand your range of motion, strength and how you carry the load of poses so that it matches your body-type, fitness level and personal goals.
- Receive one-on-one attention and feedback in your postures as the alignment cues are more specifically explored in a Lab-based format.
- Receive hands-on-adjustments (students may opt-out) to gain a greater kinesthetic expereience of pose shifts and modifications.
