Do you seek personal attention so that your practice meets your goals but are limited in some way in your body?
In this 4-part series you will:
- Understand your range of motion, strength and how you carry the load of poses so that it matches your body-type, fitness level and personal goals.
- Receive one-on-one attention and feedback in your postures as the alignment cues are more specifically explored in a Lab-based format.
- Receive hands-on-adjustments (students may opt-out) to gain a greater kinesthetic expereience of pose shifts and modifications.
