Expect to bust out of fog and fright to reach a new level of fitness and confidence.

4 Master Classes | 90 Minutes

Each Master Class has a fitness focus using yoga asana sequences, drills, breathing exercises, and a mental component of concentration and stamina.  The secret sauce is that the 270 Fitness Program sequencing is designed to improve your range of motion, strength, and flexibility in a warm room (78 degrees). Expect mastery of body awareness and inspiration for greater vitality.

  • Saturday, October 1: Fitness Heart Rate, Spine, Core & Fitness Breathing
  • Saturday, October 8: Fitness Range of Motion, Shoulders, Hips, Hammies & Breathing Intervals
  • Saturday, October 22: Fitness Balance, Strength & Head Space
