This is for the new yoga mama’s. Enjoy the treat of self-care, while bonding with your new child. After 9-months of extreme change, it is important to approach a safe corrective core and pelvic floor conditioning practice. The abdominal muscles need time and care to return to their pre-pregnancy condition. These classes are designed to provide the traditional de-stressing effects of a yoga class with specific attention to postpartum recovery.

In our custom PostNatal Series you will:

  • Combine breath and relaxation techniques with exercises that most definitely will be needed through the challenges of parenthood.
  • Explore a gentle, safe, and effective physical practice for the postpartum body.
  • Focus on rebuilding abdominal muscles through postnatal-appropriate yoga poses.

This series offers a relaxed environment that welcomes pre-crawling babies. Bringing baby to class is not a prerequisite to attend but an open invitation for Mama’s who need/want this option.
