Our Prenatal Series is a unique practice designed to guide you through all stages of pregnancy. A dedicated team of Prenatal Yoga instructors will lead you through movement and breathing techniques sequenced to be nurturing and fun while helping you to feel fit and well. Bond with other mothers while preparing your body for delivery in a supportive environment.
Taught by nurturing women, Thrive Prenatal Yoga classes are appropriate for any pregnant woman in all trimesters. Feel great in your changing body while connecting to your baby and other mothers. Prenatal Yoga classes are designed with sequences to help alleviate common discomforts in pregnancy as well as to prepare moms for labor and early motherhood.
Classes include asanas (postures) for strength and flexibility, breathing exercises, and visualization techniques to build confidence for labor and motherhood. Pose modifications are offered to our moms-to-be to allow for a personalized practice for you and baby.
For 17+ years, we have been offering prenatal yoga programs and building a community of yogi mamas who often write to us after they have given birth sharing their stories of how prenatal yoga led them to a greater labor experience and aided in their recovery after the baby was born. It is not too long after labor that our prenatal yoga ladies return for yoga classes for themselves and with baby in Postnatal Yoga and Mama and Me classes.

Once your baby arrives you have the following options:
Monthly Membership- Freeze or Cancel your membership. Freeze Option: Put your membership on freeze for up to 90 days by emailing email@example.com and letting us know your baby has arrived. Cancellation Option: Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll process your Cancellation in 7 days
Annual Membership- N/A
Class Package (5,10, or 20 series)- These series have a year expiration date on them. Once you’re ready to practice, please return to complete your package before your year’s end.
Post-Natal Yoga: You may transfer any unused prenatal classes to adult yoga classes by emailing your request to email@example.com. We will confirm receipt of your request and advise you of the remaining classes that you can take within one year of the requested date.
