This virtual 8-week series includes yoga classes designed to leave you feeling healthy and strong.

OVER THE COURSE OF THE SERIES, YOU WILL:

  • Build strength of muscles, bones, heart and health through a mix of hatha yoga, yoga with weights, and practice with a therapeutic lens.
  • Focus on creating stability in the body, improving balance and posture, and generally feeling healthy and strong.
  • Be rewarded with deep-releasing stretches, gentle somatic sequences and pranayama accessible to all.
