Keep on dancing! Come experience the ancient art of belly dancing adapted for yoga students. Together we will explore the history and evolution of ancient movements that were initially developed to support women in childbirth and female communities.
In this workshop you will learn:
- Basic Middle Eastern dance techniques
- Practice sequences to isolate and tone muscles of the hips, abdomen, and thighs
- A beginner’s drum solo dance choreography
