BREATHWORK TRAINING FOR PERSONAL GROWTH AND LEVEL 1 CERTIFICATION

Therapeutic Breathwork is a conscious breath awareness process that offers a multitude of benefits for physical and mental well-being. Benefits include stress reduction, better sleep, strengthened immune system, reduction in chronic pain, and improved respiratory function. Breathwork is practiced to promote awareness, self-regulation and deep personal transformation, with the intention of enhancing inner peace, health and wellbeing.

ABOUT THE TRAINING

This training program is an in-depth, experiential training course in the transformative power of breathwork. Participants will develop confidence in their abilities in applying breathwork to themselves and clients, as well as integrating breathwork with therapeutic practices (counseling, healing arts, coaching, etc.). Training also includes supervision on skills and practice as a breathworker. Perfect for students who seek:

to teach breathwork
to integrate breathwork with other healing arts (therapists, yogis, educators, medical professionals, etc.)
personal growth and the tools to release stuck patterns and trauma from the body
Continuing Education credits

Completion of the course requirements results in a Level 1 Breathworker Certification through the Transformations Breathwork Training Program (https://bit.ly/3vtjo1d). Transformations USA (https://www.transformationsusa.com ) is a certified organization through the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GPBA https://breathworkalliance.com). It is acknowledged as a leading organization in the certification of professional breathworkers, as recognized by the GPBA and the International Breathwork Foundation (IBF www.ibfbreathwork.org).

Methodology

The training follows the highest standards of ethical compliance through the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GPBA https://breathworkalliance.com).

Following the principles of Conscious Connected Breathing, participants will gain awareness of a variety of breathwork techniques, focusing knowledge on circular Therapeutic breathwork.

Training will emphasize a trauma-sensitive approach to breathwork and touch, guiding attendees on how to interact with people from the general public and with private clients from this mindful and compassionate perspective. All participants will leave with the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to incorporate breathwork into practice, community, and personal life.
