You have started your journey of optimal fitness, greater mental clarity and emotional balance and improved sleep.Choose your first class and we will welcome you upon arrival for your tour and offer you guidance on choosing the classes that best suit your goals for your trial and beyond. You will be introduced to your instructor and have the opportunity to ask questions.
Gear & Stuff
Consistent practice yields long-term physical fitness and cognitive health.
Come as you are in any fitness attire. Bring your yoga mat or receive a first-timer free mat rental for use in your first class. We will provide you with the needed props and assist in your set up in the yoga room. You may use the changing room and enjoy the sounds of the waterfalls and meet other students while waiting for class.
