Yin Yoga is a cooling practice that moves at a slower pace. A typical class has 6-8 postures supported by props and held for a long period of time.

Pairing this practice with essential oils can further improve your mood and decrease the stress that builds up daily. It’s important to give ourselves permission to slow down and “smell the flowers” so to speak and the aromatherapy infused in this class will allow you to do just that. With this Yin practice being assisted, the teacher will incorporate hands-on adjustments, gentle touch, and light pressure/ massage to your poses.
