About your instructor:
Amber, a proud Thrive graduate with a 200 Hour RYT certification, holds additional credentials as a certified Reiki practitioner, a trained stretch professional, and is currently advancing her skills as a 300 Hour RYT Thrive Yoga student. Having discovered yoga as a pathway to recovery while overcoming chronic health struggles that led to a complete loss of mobility at the age of only 24, Amber’s journey fuels her deep understanding of functional health and mobility. Her passion for yoga and movement joyfully inspires students, while her extensive experience and training empower her to educate and guide individuals through practices meticulously designed to promote mobility and lifelong wellness.
