The Master Your Emotions Healing Circle will help you to create and manifest emotional strength and resilience in how you think and feel about yourself and the world in which you’re a part of. You’ll be guided to create your own individual intention and to connect with and process your emotions while experiencing a group LifeLine Ignite session.

LifeLine Ignite is a simple five-step process…a quick and effective tool that can help you to shift limiting beliefs, to process emotions in a healthy way, and to manifest your heart’s desires.

By participating in this Healing Circle, you’ll discover flexibility and flow to better handle stress and to shift the reactive patterns that have been keeping you stuck. You’ll walk away with more awareness of your emotions and how to process through them so you can create positive change in your life.

Meet Dina!

Hi! I’m Dina Weiss, Emotional Eating Coach and Founder of Mind-Body Weight Release. I have overcome years of struggling with yo-yo dieting and emotional eating and have learned that when we release our mental and emotional baggage, then physical weight loss becomes automatic. And, we can do this without crazy diets and rigid exercise plans.

I am passionate about teaching people who struggle with emotional eating how to tame their food triggers so they can release weight with grace & ease.

I am also a Certified Practitioner of The LifeLine Technique, an epic process that helps to uncover and harmonize thought patterns and emotions that affect your body, relationships, and habits. The LifeLine Technique was developed by Dr. Darren R. Weissman, holistic physician and Hay House author, and was featured in the Netflix documentary HEAL.

In my coaching programs, you will experience mindset and habit change and learn to process your emotions in healthy ways so you can live more aligned with your goals and heart’s desires.
