In Puerto Rico each day, we will embark on thrilling adventure via activities such as a bioluminescent lake tour, afternoon trips to the beach, kayaking and paddle boarding, Afro Caribbean dance class and food tour of San Juan. (Puerto Rican cooking is somewhat similar to both Spanish and other Latin American cuisine, using indigenous seasonings and ingredients. Locals call their cuisine cocina criolla.)
