Of course, sleep has everything to do with our overall well-being. It impacts our heart health, concentration, how we handle stress and anxiety, and our immune system – something really important right now.
Join Jane for a Sleep workshop where she’ll share tips on preparing for a good night sleep and take you through a practice that includes:

Gentle asana to release tension and calm the central nervous system.

Pranayama (breathing) to calm and quiet the mind.

Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation to reach a deep state of relaxation. (Twenty minutes of Yoga Nidra is often compared to four hours of sleep.)

The gentle sound of the Koshi bells.
For this session, please set up your room with soft lighting and have a few blankets and/or a bolster ready.
