OVER THE COURSE OF THE SERIES, YOU WILL:

  • Learn how the many benefits of yoga can help address common age-related issues including strength and flexibility, balance, range of motion, bone health-related concerns (reverse or prevent osteoporosis), stress, memory and brain health, and overall well-being.
  • Practice yoga postures, breathwork (pranayama), and meditation to enjoy life’s moments.
  • Use of props (including chairs) and modifications are encouraged as needed.
