These Training Program Specific Policies supplement, but do not replace or supersede the provisions of the Thrive Yoga Master Client Service Agreement (Agreement); Agreement Schedule – General Conditions; and other Thrive statements of general policies, rules, and codes of conduct – all of which remain in full force and effect. Participation in a Training Program does not guarantee certification. The decision whether to grant a Yoga Teacher Certification is solely within the discretion of Thrive Yoga and depends on several criteria including, but not limited to the following:
Participant shall pay the Training Program Fee(s) timely and in full.
Thrive Yoga may deliver all or portions of the Training program on any Thrive Yoga Platform it deems appropriate and Participant attend all portions regardless of format.
Participant shall attend all Training program sessions or complete all recorded instruction by the date assigned. Participant shall be fully prepared for lectures, instruction, practice, and performance, including completion of all reading and writing assignments and projects. And Participant shall complete all course work by the Training program deadline.
For 200-Hr and 300-Hr Teacher Trainings, Participant shall compete 25 Thrive Yoga classes by the Training program deadline.
Participant’s conduct shall comply with the Yoga Alliance Code of Conduct. See: Here
Participants who miss sessions and assignments or discontinue attendance or payment shall be terminated from the program without refund or certification. Thrive Yoga may in its sole discretion re-instate a Participant for what Thrive determines to be good cause or excuse, for example documented illness or severe immediate family illness or death.
Thrive Yoga is an accredited school of Yoga Alliance. Yoga Alliance may change Yoga School Certification Requirements for accreditation. Thrive Yoga may cancel a training session for any reason and shall advise participants via their on-file email contact information. Thrive shall schedule appropriate make-up sessions. Training Program Fees are non-refundable. For Clients utilizing a payment terms, payment-in-full is due immediately upon Client termination of program participation.

These Thrive Yoga Retreat Specific Program Policies supplement, but do not replace or supersede the provisions of the Thrive Yoga Master Client Service Agreement (MCSA), Schedule A General Conditions, and general policies, rules, and codes of conduct – all of which remain in full force and effect. Thrive Yoga is not responsible for untimely Client cancellations. Thrive Yoga is not responsible for cancellations or rescheduling or poor vendor service for reasons which it has no hands-on control, for example: weather or public health threats; political or social unrest or economic disruption; transportation failures; retreat facility misrepresentation or failure to perform; or instructor or vendor failure to perform. To mitigate the consequences of cancellations or rescheduling, Thrive Yoga strongly recommends that Clients purchase appropriate travel insurance. Thrive may in its sole discretion change trip venue facilities, leaders, instructors, and support staff as it deems appropriate. Thrive Yoga may in its sole discretion locate Clients in alternative facilities when the planned facility no longer can accommodate them. Thrive may reschedule a Retreat for any reason including, but not limited to, the causes and concerns listed above. Thrive Yoga maybe be forced by circumstances beyond its control to cancel and reschedule a Retreat. The Client assumes this risk. If a Client cannot attend a rescheduled Retreat for personal reasons, Thrive Yoga shall substitute other Thrive services based upon its determination of equivalent value, less the Client retreat non-refundable deposit and a proportional share of Thrive Yoga unrefunded vendor deposits.
