Hey there yoga mommas and babies! This ones for the two of you. Join Angelina for a Post-natal Yoga Community Circle for mamas and babies. We’ll bring the donuts, you bring the diapers (and babies)! We’ll practice together, snack, and build community in a supporting and nurturing environment.
We will explore:
- Breathwork and meditation to balance emotions
- Core exercises to repair diastasis recti and regain a strong core
- How to strengthen the pelvic floor after birth
- How to ease back into a Flow class after birth with modifications
- Poses that alleviate muscle tightness after sitting to feed baby
- Community chat and baby bonding exercises
Mingle with other mamas (and mamas-to-be) after class while enjoying a sweet treat & refreshment.
For moms 6 weeks – 1 year post-partum
Please be sure to be cleared by your healthcare provider to begin physical exercise
