Join us for a hip opening intensive designed to discover new places in your hips and spine. Shout out “hooray” when you skip down the street in hip freedom or attain that arm balance or back-bending posture that requires hip flexibility!
During this crazy time, you may have been storing emotions in this massive joint which not only is the gateway to mobility but is a storehouse for tension and stress. When the hips are freed, you are free!
During this 90 minute Master Class designed for ALL LEVELS of students, you will:

  • Use deeper breath and concentration to slowly sink into postures
  • Practice both Yin postures with long holds full supported by props, and heated active stretching
  • Experience a sequence that will guide you to integrate new mobility into the entire body and grant you a new understanding of your body
  • Receive personal attention and encouragement to explore new openings in this fabulous joint
We require that students be without injury and have taken at least 5 yoga classes. More experienced students will be encouraged to explore more challenging hip openers and receive assistance in expanding their practice into arm balances and backbends that require deep hip flexibility.
