Testimonials from Past Retreaters

"I recently attended one of the local retreats, and it was extremely enriching and it helped me work through a lot of stuck energy in my system. I met a friendly group of like minded souls, and we experienced good vibrations all weekend long. The 4 day retreat was filled with meditation, breath work, sound bath, ice bath and of course, lots of yoga! I highly recommend going to one of the retreats.

"Recently I had the pleasure of doing a yoga retreat with Thrive and I couldn’t say enough great things about this wonderful studio and their amazing community. Their community was clearly tight knit but welcomed my friend and I immediately making us feel like we had known them forever.
